Critical, analytical and interpretative skills are fostered in the communication discipline in order to transform the client’s needs into efficient solutions, combining theory with professional practice.
Internships are activities carried out by students in companies, institutions and organizations, that is, in centers outside the university premises, with the aim of enriching and complementing their university education, while providing them with a deeper knowledge of the skills they will need once they have graduated.

La empresa Southtec trabaja con empresas públicas y privadas de la ciudad de La Paz. Respecto a los clientes del sector privado, la relación es poco eficiente y sostenible, por lo que el nivel de fidelización hacia la propia empresa es mínimo. Tal escenario se refleja en la disminución de las ventas del sector privado ya que la empresa no realiza ninguna iniciativa para la fidelización de sus clientes. Al no disponer la empresa de ningún programa que facilite la mejora del nivel de fidelización, el objetivo de esta investigación es diseñar un programa de Fidelización. La investigación fue cuantitativa y cualitativa. Se realizaron encuestas a los clientes actuales del sector privado, así como entrevistas al director general y a los ejecutivos de ventas. Además, el análisis conjunto se utilizó para determinar los factores más importantes para mejorar el servicio de la empresa, y así identificar las satisfacciones de compra necesarias para el proceso del programa de Fidelización. Con la información recopilada se pudieron desarrollar las cinco etapas principales del programa de Fidelización Timothy Keiningham, con el objetivo principal de mejorar la relación con los clientes y así aumentar el nivel de fidelización con el sector privado.Palabras llave
